There’s a ton of inconsistent data out there about millennials and their decision to buy or not to buy a house. While a lot of research shows that this generation is the demographic driving the housing market, just as much demonstrates the opposite, saying young adults are simply not buying homes.

Like any generation, millennials vary in their tastes and needs. There are some who wish to forgo buying a house, placing value on experiences instead, while others want to take on that investment.
