George Putnam Balanced Fund Class Y (PGEYX - Free Report) aims to offer a balanced investment that consists of a diversified portfolio of stocks and bonds in order to generate capital appreciation and current income. The fund mostly invests in common stocks of large U.S. companies and bonds, with a focus on common stocks. PGEYX has three and five-year annualized returns of 9.8% and 7.4%, respectively.
