Oracle's Latest Offerings to Enable CSPs Expand Business

Oracle Corporation (ORCL - Free Report) recently expanded Oracle Digital Experience for Communications suite of solutions with the latest “Oracle Enterprise Catalog for Communications.”

The solution loaded with robust capabilities is aimed at enabling communications service providers (CSPs) to enhance portfolio with improved customer engagement.

Oracle Enterprise Catalog for Communications is pre-integrated with robust commerce, fulfillment, billing and sales capabilities, and Oracle Siebel CRM. The integration provides CSPs the ability to import catalog information in a streamlined manner.

Moreover, the new offering is infused with AI capabilities, which assists CSPs in targeting required customer base, in turn accelerating business processes.

Oracle Enterprise Catalog for Communications is scheduled for general availability in fiscal 2020. Notably, the offering is already gaining popularity, which is a positive. Further, accelerated deployment of 5G bodes well in this regard.

Telecom players which include, Asia-based Circles.Life and Austria-based ORS Group recently opted for various solutions of Oracle’s Digital Experience for Communications suite.
