Voya Financial Up 33% Year to Date: Will the Rally Continue?

Voya Financial Inc.’s (VOYA - Free Report) shares have surged 33.3% year to date, outperforming the industry's rise of 17.1% and Zacks S&P 500 composite’s increase of 15.1%. With market capitalization of $7.7 billion, average volume of shares traded in the last three months was 1.4 million.
