The fund invests the majority of its assets in securities of real estate companies and/or those companies engaged in operations in the real estate industry. The fund mostly invests in common and preferred stocks of REITs etc. FRINX has returned 15.9% on a year-to-date basis.

Fidelity Advisor Government Income Fund - Class A (FVIAX - Free Report) seeks a high level of current income that’s on par with capital preservation.
