CRA International, Inc. that conducts business as Charles River Associates (CRAI - Free Report) announced yesterday that it has appointed employment-matter expert Hossein Borhani as a vice president to its Labor & Employment Practice.
Borhani is experienced in statistical and economic analysis in large class action cases pertaining to claims of discrimination in employment, housing, and mortgage lending. He is also experienced in the analysis of employment issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and of pricing issues in antitrust litigation. Previously, he was a director at ERS Group.
Paul Maleh, CRA’s president and chief executive officer stated that “His expertise in a wide range of employment-related matters will strengthen CRA’s client offerings.”
The appointment of such expertise makes sense as the Labor & Employment Practice remains one of the mainstays of Charles River. The company delivers analysis, expert reports, testimony and advisory services to law firms, companies and government agencies embroiled in complex labor and employment disputes.
We believe that the latest appointment will further enhance the quality of the professional team that has helped Charles River achieve and maintain a solid reputation of providing high-quality consulting services.
In the past three months, shares of Charles River have gained 5.6% against the 5.7% decline of the industry it belongs to.
