Charles River Appoints VP for Labor & Employment Practice

CRA International, Inc. that conducts business as Charles River Associates (CRAI - Free Report) announced yesterday that it has appointed employment-matter expert Hossein Borhani as a vice president to its Labor & Employment Practice.

Borhani is experienced in statistical and economic analysis in large class action cases pertaining to claims of discrimination in employment, housing, and mortgage lending. He is also experienced in the analysis of employment issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and of pricing issues in antitrust litigation. Previously, he was a director at ERS Group.

Paul Maleh, CRA’s president and chief executive officer stated that “His expertise in a wide range of employment-related matters will strengthen CRA’s client offerings.”
