•    Internet search engine company (NASDAQ:LOCM) said it has acquired California-based Screamin' Media Group for around $12 million in cash, stock and debt. helps users to find local business and services on the web

•    Analysts at Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB) downgraded Alcatel Lucent ADR  (NYSE:ALU)  to "Hold" rating from "Buy" rating  in a research note to investors

•    Analysts at Jefferies initiated coverage on shares of Dell (NASDAQ:DELL) with a "Hold" rating and a target price of $17 on the shares of the company
