Universal Health reported unimpressive third-quarter 2015 results. The company's earnings were hurt by a modest acute care revenue growth, higher temporary nursing costs and an increase in uncompensated care. The company also lowered its full-year 2015 earnings guidance due to the modest acute care revenue growth expectations for the fourth quarter. Nevertheless,  we believe that higher number of Medicaid and Medicare patients will lower uncompensated charges, which will drive growth going forward. Accretive acquisitions present significant growth opportunities in the behavioral market. We believe that Mental Health Parity (MHP) and CMS’ recent IMD regulation (yet to be finalized) bode well for the company.
