Iron Mountain reported third-quarter 2015 results wherein FFO (funds from operations) beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate while revenues lagged the same. However, the company reiterated its guidance for 2015. We believe Iron Mountain’s diversified revenue base is a positive. In addition, strong product portfolio, increasing market share, aggressive acquisition strategy and promising international business are the other growth catalysts. Moreover, the company’s entry into the data center market could be another positive. However, a highly-leveraged balance sheet, volatile foreign exchange rates and competition remain concerns.
