Estimates for IT services and solutions provider, Computer Sciences have not moved around much of late. The company’s decision to merge itself with HPE’s Enterprise Services business, which will be spun off from the parent company, is likely to open new avenues of growth. Going forward, Computer Sciences’ traction in the cloud and partnerships with various companies are expected to drive growth. Moreover, regular share buybacks and dividend payments are expected to support earnings and boost investors’ confidence. Nonetheless, the market is becoming competitive with companies like CACI International Inc. and Accenture making their presence felt, which could hurt Computer Sciences’ top line and bottom line.
