MIDAX invests, under normal market conditions, at least 65% of its total assets in common stocks and related securities of foreign (including emerging market) issuers. MIDAX may invest in companies of any size, including equity securities issued by foreign companies with relatively small market capitalizations, that the fund believes are early in their life cycle but have the potential to become major enterprises. MIDAX's investments may also include securities issued in initial public offerings and securities traded in the over-the-counter markets. Under normal market conditions, MIDAX invests in at least three different countries.
