Recent Acquisitions

During the fourth quarter AMC acquired both Odeon & UCI Cinemas Holdings, and Carmike Cinemas Inc.  Then on March 28th, AMC completed the acquisition of Nordic Cinema Group.  This last acquisition made AMC the largest theater company in the world.
