The Media Intellidex is comprised of stocks of 30 U.S. media companies. These are companies that are principally engaged in the development, production, sale and distribution of goods or services used in the media industry. These companies may include, for example, advertising, marketing and public relations companies; companies that own, operate, or broadcast free or pay television, radio.

POWERSHRS DYN MEDIA PORT

The PowerShares Dynamic Media Portfolio (Fund) seeks to replicate, before fees and expenses, the Dynamic Media Intellidex Index, which is designed to provide capital appreciation by thoroughly evaluating companies based on a variety of investment merit criteria, including fundamental growth, stock valuation, investment timeliness and risk factors.
