Zacks proprietary quantitative models divide each set of ETFs following a similar investment strategy (style box/industry/asset class) into three risk categories- High, Medium, and Low. The aim of our models is to select the best ETFs within each risk category, so that investors can pick an ETF that matches their particular risk preference in order to better achieve their investment goals.
This is our ETF rating system that serves as a timeliness indicator for ETFs over the next 6 months:

This Index tracks the performance of large, Euro denominated investment grade debt instruments of German issuers publicly issued in the eurobond or Euro member domestic markets, including sovereign, quasi-government, corporate, securitized and collateralized securities. Index constituents are capitalization-weighted adjusted, as necessary, to meet issuer concentration limits.
The PIMCO Germany Bond Index Exchange-Traded Fund is the only U.S. exchange-traded fund that aims to provide focused exposure to euro-denominated, investment grade bonds issued by German issuers. The fund seeks total returns that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the BofA Merrill Lynch Diversified Germany Bond Index.
