ISHARES DOW JONES US REAL ESTATE: (AMEX: IYR)

The index measures the performance of the real estate industry of the U.S. equity market.The Index includes companies in the following subsectors: real estate holding and developing and real estate investment trusts sub-sectors. The Index is capitalization-weighted and includes only companies in the Real Estate sector of the Dow Jones U.S. Financials Index.

The iShares Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Index Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the real estate sector of the U.S. equity market, as represented by the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Index.
