Zacks proprietary quantitative models divide each set of ETFs following a similar investment strategy (style box/industry/asset class) into three risk categories- High, Medium, and Low. The aim of our models is to select the best ETFs within each risk category, so that investors can pick an ETF that matches their particular risk preference in order to better achieve their investment goals.
This is our ETF rating system that serves as a timeliness indicator for ETFs over the next 6 months:

This Index includes all publicly-issued U.S. Treasury inflation-protected securities that have at least one year remaining to maturity, are rated investment grade and have $250 million or more of outstanding face value. The TIPS in the Index must be denominated in U.S. dollars and must be fixed-rate and non-convertible. The Index is market capitalization weighted.
The Schwab U.S. TIPS ETF seeks investment results that track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Barclays Capital U.S. Treasury Inflation Protected Securities (TIPS) Index (Series L). Publicly-issued U.S. TIPS are securities issued by the U.S. Treasury that generate principal and interest payments designed to adjust for and help protect against inflation.
