The S&P SmallCap 600 Capped Energy Index is comprised of common stocks of U.S. energy companies that are principally engaged in the business of producing, distributing or servicing energy related products, including oil and gas exploration and production, refining, oil services, pipeline, and solar, wind and other non-oil based energy and this Index is a subset of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index.
It is based on the S&P Small Cap 600 Capped Energy Index. It invests at least 90% of its assets in com. stocks comprising the Index which measures the performance of com. stocks of US energy cos. Which are engaged in business of producing, distributing or servicing energy products, oil & gas exploration & production, refining, oil services, pipeline, solar, wind & other non-oil based energy.
