It is based on the S&P Small Cap 600 Capped Utilities & Telecom Services Index. It invests 90% of its total assets in stocks comprising the Index which measures the overall performance of stocks of US utilities & telecommunication services companies. These companies are engaged in providing energy, water, natural gas utilities, services designed to promote transmission of voice, data & video etc.
