DYNAMIC UTILITIES INTELLIDEX
This index is comprised of stocks of 30 U.S. utilities companies. These companies are principally engaged in providing either energy, water or natural gas utilities. These companies may include companies that generate and supply electricity, including electricity wholesalers; distribute natural gas to customers; and provide water to customers, as well as dealing with associated wastewater.

It is based on the Dynamic Utilities Intellidex Index. It invests at least 90% of its assets in stocks comprising the Index which evaluates companies based on investment criteria: fundamental growth, stock valuation, investment timeliness and risk factors. Securities shown to possess the greatest capital appreciation potential are selected by the Index.
