The Index is comprised of common stocks of mid value U.S. companies, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), from a universe comprised of the 2,500 largest U.S. companies. Firms are selected based on the following four fundamental measures of firm size: book value, cash flow, sales and dividends.
It is based on the RAFI Fundamental Mid Value Index. It invests at least 90% of its assets in securities comprising the Index. The Index is comprised of common stocks of mid value US companies, including REITs, from a universe comprised of the 2,500 largest US companies.
