MFS Emerging Markets Debt Local Currency Fund Class A (EMLAX - Free Report) aims for total return with a focus on high current income. The fund invests the majority of its assets in debt instruments of issuers that are economically linked to emerging market countries and denominated in local currencies and in derivative instruments that have similar economic characteristics to these instruments. The fund has returned 6% in the past three years.

MFS Global Real Estate Fund Class A (MGLAX - Free Report) aims for total return. The fund mostly invests in equity securities of U.S. and foreign real estate-related investments. It has three-year annualized returns of 13.5%.
