Apollo Education Group, Inc. recently partnered with The Center for Creative Leadership, a leading global provider of leadership development, to introduce an online program called Frontline Leader Impact to improve skills of first level managers.
The six-week online leadership program focuses on six key competencies namely self-awareness, political savvy, learning agility, influencing outcomes, communication and motivating others. The program addresses the problems faced by new managers. It is affordable and flexible so that companies can choose this training their new managers.
Apollo Education is consistently enhancing and expanding its services and investing in academic quality to improve student experience and outcomes. The company’s initiatives include investments in adaptive learning, new degree and certificate-based programs, and new learning and service platforms.
Earlier this month, Apollo Education Group’s flagship segment, University of Phoenix’s College of Information Systems & Technology and School of Business collaborated with Iron Yard Ventures to introduce The RedFlint Innovation Experience Center in Las Vegas. Apollo Education Group has been in the news lately. On Feb 8, 2016, the education company announced a definitive agreement, under which it will be acquired by a consortium of investors for about $1.1 billion. The agreement has already received shareholders’ approval in May 2016. If the deal gets all the necessary approvals, the transaction is expected to close in Aug 2016.
