Natural gas production, however, was 9.601 MMCF/d (millions of cubic feet per day), up slightly 0.8% from the year-ago period.
ExxonMobil's refinery throughput averaged 4.4 million barrels per day (MMB/D), down 2.1% from the year-earlier level.
