Key Stats: The carrier, which acquired Virgin America in December last year, announced a 9% increase in quarterly dividend to 30 cents per share. The carrier exited 2016 with $1.6 billion in unrestricted cash and marketable securities. The carrier reported a 0.9% decline in passenger unit revenues for the fourth quarter.
