CVR Partners (UAN - Free Report) posted a loss of 9 cents per share in the first quarter of 2017, versus a profit of 25 cents reported a year ago. The reported loss was higher than the Zacks Consensus Estimate of a loss of 2 cents for the quarter.
Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) were $20.8 million in the reported quarter, down from $27.9 million recorded a year ago.
The company posted revenues of $85.3 million in the quarter, up around 16.7% year over year, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $79 million.
