Cypress Semiconductor (CY) Flat As Market Sinks: What You Should Know

Cypress Semiconductor closed the most recent trading day at $12.38, making no change from the previous trading session. This change was narrower than the S&P 500's daily loss of 0.66%. Elsewhere, the Dow lost 0.99%, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq lost 1.63%.

Heading into today, shares of the chipmaker had lost 13.97% over the past month, lagging the Computer and Technology sector's loss of 10.48% and the S&P 500's loss of 8.1% in that time.
