Aeroflex Holding Corp designs, develops, manufactures and markets microelectronic and test and measurement products. It operates through two business segments: Aeroflex Microelectronic Solutions, or AMS, and Aeroflex Test Solutions, or ATS. AMS segment offers microelectronics products and products for the space, avionics, defense, commercial wireless communications, medical and other markets. ATS operates as a provider of specialized test and measurement hardware and software products, primarily for the space, avionics, defense, commercial wireless communications and other markets. Aeroflex Holding Corp is headquartered in Plainview, New York.
