Company Description
Sino Clean Energy, Inc. engages in research, development, production, marketing and sales of coal-water mixture, a coal-based fuel substitute for coal, oil and gas. The Company's operations are carried out by two Chinese companies, Suo'ang Biological Science & Technology Co. Ltd. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Shaanxi Suo'ang New Energy Enterprise Co. Ltd., which it controls through its Hong Kong based wholly owned subsidiary, Hangson Ltd. All current operations of the Company are in Shaanxi Province, People's Republic of China.
