Lucky #7 for Stocks

The S&P 500 just registered its 7th straight week in the plus column. However, it has failed once again to get above 1524. The last two attempts resulted in a quick rejection.

What happens next?

All those begging for a pullback to get on board this bull train have been sorely disappointed to date. That is very similar to the runaway train rallies we had seen at the onset of 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Most certainly there will be a consolidation or correction in our future. But with so much money still on the sidelines, and most economic indicators pointing up, don't bet on that pullback coming any time soon.

Zacks Rank #1 Strong Buy

American Railcar Industries (ARII)

All aboard this railcar manufacturer ahead of upcoming earnings. This firm could be on track for another solid quarter.

Zacks Rank #5 Strong Sell

Yum Brands (YUM)

The near term outlook for this restaurant company doesn't look too appetizing as China issues could drag on this stock.
