Franklin Emerging Market Debt Opportunities Fund (FEMDX - Free Report) aims for high total return. The fund invests the majority of its assets in debt securities of emerging market countries. Generally, emerging market countries include those considered as developing by the World Bank. FEMDX has three-year annualized returns of 5.9%.

As of the end of June 2021, FEMDX held 98 issues with 3.50% of its assets invested in Mexico (United Mexican States) 8%.

Franklin DynaTech Fund Advisor Class (FDYZX - Free Report) aims for capital appreciation. The fund invests the majority of assets in common stocks of companies that the fund manager believes are leaders in innovation, take advantage of new technologies, have superior management, and benefit from new industry conditions in the dynamically changing global economy.
