Quarterly revenues of $1.12 billion were almost in line with the Zacks Consensus Estimate. Moreover, revenues increased 8.5% year over year.

Behind the Headlines
Public Storage’s same-store revenues increased 6.3% year over year to $864.5 million in the second quarter, highlighting higher realized annual rent per occupied square foot, partially offset by a decline in occupancy.
