Shares of Raytheon Company scaled a new 52-week high of $138.67 during Friday’s trading session, before closing a tad lower at $138.49. With a market cap of around $41.13 billion, the company has seen its shares gain roughly 44.6% in the past one year.
Over the past 52 weeks, Raytheon’s shares have ranged from a low of $96.68 on Aug 24, 2015 to a high of $138.67 on Jul 8, 2016. The average volume of shares traded over the last three months is approximately 1.9 million.

Raytheon is one of the best-positioned large-cap defense players and it has been investing heavily in technological upgrades.
