TT’s Revenues and Bookings

The Americas segment’s revenues of $4.67 billion missed our estimate of $4.8 billion but increased 4% year over year on a reported basis and organically. Bookings were up 12% on a reported basis and organically to $4.82 billion.

The Europe, Middle East and Africa segment’s revenues came in at $750 million, up 12% year over year on a reported basis and 3% organically, missing our estimate of $751.9 million. Bookings were up 24% year over year on a reported basis and 14% organically to $791.1 million.

Revenues from the Asia Pacific segment were up 10% year over year on a reported basis and 9% organically to $329.6 million, beating our estimate of $273.2 million. Bookings gained 34% year over year on a reported basis and 32% organically to $373.4 million.

Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Figures of TT

Trane ended the quarter with a cash balance of $351.6 million compared with $1.6 billion in the December-end quarter of 2024. The debt balance was $3.92 billion compared with $4.3 billion in the December-end quarter of 2024. The company generated $992.1 million of cash from operating activities and free cash of $944.6 million in the quarter.

TT’s 2025 Guidance

For 2025, TT expects revenue growth of approximately 7% and organic revenue growth of approximately 6% compared with full-year 2024.

Adjusted EPS for full-year 2025 is expected to be in the range of $12.95-$13.05 per share. The midpoint of the guided range ($13 per share) is just above the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $12.99 per share.
