We’ll likely stay well off the 12-month high +757K from back in November of last year.

The Conference Board Consumer Confidence report for August is expected to slide from 90.8 reported a month ago to 90.2 today. We’re currently muddling through low levels experienced in the Covid months; most of the past decade showed Consumer Confidence over 100, topping near 140 back in 2018.
