SSR Mining Inc. (SSRM - Free Report) produced 211,873 gold-equivalent ounces (“GEOs”) in the first half of 2026, down 5% year over year. Despite this setback, the company is on track to meet the full-year guidance of 450,000-535,000 GEOs, supported by a stronger second half performance at the company’s America operations. The guidance indicates a 10% year-over-year improvement at the mid-point.

SSR Mining expects the full-year production at Marigold to be 170,000-200,000 ounces, indicating a year-over-year increase of 20% at the midpoint. The company expects 65% of the second-half production in the fourth quarter. The upside will be driven by higher grades. CC&V mine’s production is expected to be 125,000-150,000 ounces for 2026, with 50-55% of remaining production expected in the fourth quarter. The mine produced 124,557 ounces of gold in 2025.

Higher production from the Seabee mine in Canada and the Puna mine in Argentina will also aid growth. Seabee’s second-half production is expected to be weighted toward the fourth quarter of 2026, driven by higher grades. The company expects Seabee’s production to be 60,000-70,000 ounces, suggesting 18% year-over-year growth at the midpoint.

SSRM expects the Puna mine to produce 95,000-115,000 GEOs in 2026, relatively evenly split between the third and the fourth quarter. The mine produced 112,368 GEOs in 2025. SSRM’s key assets showcase significant potential upside.

AngloGold Ashanti’s gold production was 1,468 thousand ounces in the first half of 2026. AngloGold Ashanti’s gold production dipped 4% year over year in the first half of 2026, reflecting the sale of the Serra Grande mine in December 2025.
