Tempus AI (TEM - Free Report) is expanding its presence in precision medicine through collaborations, which may support future revenue growth. In line with this, Tempus entered an expanded multi-year collaboration to support the potential commercialization of intismeran autogene (V940/mRNA-4157), an individualized neoantigen therapy developed by Moderna and Merck and evaluated with KEYTRUDA in patients with resected stage IIB-IV melanoma and other cancers. Under the collaboration, Tempus will coordinate the collection and transfer of tumor tissue and blood samples for next-generation sequencing (NGS) and, subject to regulatory approvals, provide NGS services to support therapy design and manufacturing.

Tempus extended its data partnership with Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (RXRX - Free Report) through November 2029. As part of the extension, the companies amended the original agreement’s annual license fees, replacing discretionary payments of up to $84 million over the next two years with committed payments totaling $42 million over the next three years. Under a separate agreement, Recursion also granted Tempus a non-exclusive, worldwide license to its proprietary RNA Foundation Model, TxFM.

Tempus partnered with Angiosarcoma Awareness, Inc. to advance data-driven research into angiosarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. The collaboration will leverage Tempus’ analytical resources and approximately 600 de-identified patient records with paired DNA and RNA sequencing data and available clinical information to deepen understanding of the disease.
