Its innovation strategy spans fit, fabric, comfort and functionality, alongside new styles and colors. Management highlighted positive customer feedback on fit enhancements, while wider-leg scrub pants, new waistband options and expanded layering choices are broadening the brand’s appeal.

The second-quarter 2026 customer metrics point to stronger engagement. Active customers increased 13.2% year over year to 3.1 million, while purchase frequency continued to improve. Trailing 12-month revenues per active customer rose 10.1% to a record $229. Returning customers were a particular source of strength, shopping more frequently and moving into higher spending levels.

Limited-edition launches also generate excitement while drawing attention to core products. Average order value rose 8.5% to $127, primarily reflecting pricing and favorable product mix, adding to the evidence of stronger customer spending.

These developments accompanied revenue growth of 28.8% to $196.6 million, marking FIGS’ third consecutive quarter of growth above 25%. The company also raised its full-year revenue growth outlook to approximately 20%. With an expanding assortment, positive product feedback and more frequent purchasing, FIGS is strengthening the foundations for lasting customer relationships while expanding its role in healthcare professionals’ everyday wardrobes.
