SOAR AI Details Expansion Roadmap and Phased Financing Plans

Read MoreHide Full Article

SOAR AI, Inc. (SOAR - Free Report) recently outlined its artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure expansion strategy, upcoming deployment milestones and a phased financing approach. The company aims to establish a scalable AI infrastructure platform, with its Ohio campus serving as the foundation for future growth.

The announcement follows SOAR AI's merger with Alignment Engine Inc. on Sept. 11, 2026, and its subsequent rebranding on Oct. 19, 2026.

SOAR AI's Contracted Orders Strengthen Revenue Visibility

SOAR AI has secured a master services agreement and two four-year, take-or-pay orders from a major AI customer, representing an aggregate contract value of $1.2 billion. These agreements are expected to generate approximately $133 million in customer prepayments.

Based on contractual commencement dates, SOAR AI anticipates revenues of $175-$200 million in 2027 from the signed orders. Once both deployments become fully operational, annual revenues are expected to reach approximately $294 million. Additionally, the initial deployment of 4,096 AMD Instinct MI355X GPUs is backed by a three-year revenue commitment of approximately $215 million.

Ohio Campus Expansion Remains a Key Growth Priority

SOAR AI is advancing its Ohio AI infrastructure campus, with internal power-on targeted for Nov. 30, 2026. The initial deployment of 4,096 AMD Instinct MI355X GPUs is expected to be ready for service by Dec. 31, 2026. Meanwhile, a second contracted deployment comprising 4,032 AMD Instinct MI455X GPUs could become operational as early as April 2027, ahead of its scheduled contractual commencement date of June 30, 2027.

The company also plans two additional deployments of 4,032 MI455X GPUs each during 2027, potentially increasing the campus' total capacity to 16,192 GPUs. The facility currently has access to 154 megawatts (MW) of power, with a longer-term expansion roadmap targeting 480 MW.

SOAR AI Adopts Phased Financing to Support Expansion

SOAR AI intends to align infrastructure investments with confirmed customer contracts and financing arrangements. Each deployment phase will proceed only after the required commercial commitments and funding have been secured. The company expects to finance its expansion through customer prepayments, equipment financing, senior debt and equity.

Beyond Ohio, SOAR AI is exploring additional AI infrastructure locations across the United States and international markets. Potential projects include repurposed industrial facilities and new developments with access to behind-the-meter power.

Benefits of these Moves to SOAR AI

These developments could strengthen SOAR AI's growth prospects by expanding its computing capacity and enabling the company to serve increasing demand for AI infrastructure. The planned GPU deployments could support the timely fulfillment of existing customer contracts, improve revenue visibility and create opportunities to secure additional customers. Moreover, the proposed expansion of power capacity from 154 MW to 480 MW could provide greater flexibility to scale operations without immediately establishing new facilities. As additional deployments become operational, SOAR AI could benefit from a broader revenue base, improved infrastructure utilization and a stronger competitive position in the AI computing market.
