Management Commentary Highlights Economic Uncertainty

President and CEO Eddie Steiner highlighted continued economic growth and relatively stable employment conditions, alongside steady consumer spending. However, he cautioned that elevated interest rates, energy costs and persistent inflation could increasingly constrain economic activity.

Management also observed that households and businesses remained cautious about discretionary borrowing, particularly for operating needs and equipment investments. Nevertheless, demand for construction, development and commercial real estate financing remained relatively steady.

CSB declared a quarterly dividend of 45 cents per share.
