He started out in sales but soon became a liaison between online services and the company's IT department. Following this, he performed duties as product manager, then became an editor for Zacks Equity Research. He now manages content for zacks.com. In addition, he lends his abilities to the Zacks marketing team with voice-overs regarding new subscription campaigns. Mark graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
