GUGGENHEIM CHINA TECHNOLOGY ETF: (AMEX: CQQQ)

This Index is designed to measure & monitor the performance of the universe of publicly-traded companies which are based in mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau in the Information Technology Sector & are open to foreign investment. The Index will include equity securities of companies of all categories of market capitalizations.

CQQQ seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund?s fees and expenses, of an equity index called the AlphaShares China Technology Index. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stock, ADRs, ADSs, GDRs and IDRs that comprise the Index and depositary receipts or shares representing common stocks included in the Index.
