Currently the Internet Group is experiencing phenomenal growth and we are seeking to add another experienced representative to our team at our Chicago, IL office.

Duties/Responsibilities:
In an ever-changing environment, receive and respond to inbound phone calls and emails from customers who have questions or problems regarding their accounts. Process orders using multiple search methods and provide superior service in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Develop and become an expert in understanding relevant Zacks' products and data
• Understanding of customer needs and focus on delivering results
• Possess a pleasant disposition and the ability to connect with the customer on a personal level
• Multi-tasking: able to answer phones and respond to customer issues via email
• Detail orientated and well developed analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and develop solutions
• Excellent PC skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Outlook Express and various Internet web browsers. Proficiency of MS Access is a plus
• Desire to learn and grow
• A passion for the stock market preferred
• Experience with Internet based firm is a plus
• Background in a customer service environment preferred. Previous experience in the financial industry desirable.
