SunPower Corp. reported third-quarter 2017 earnings of 21 cents per share. The Zacks Consensus Estimate stood at a loss of 36 cents. In the year-ago period, the company had reported earnings of 88 cents per share.

SunPower now anticipates revenues for 2017 to lie between $2.10 billion and $2.15 billion compared with the prior guidance in $2.1–$2.3 billion band.
The company expects to deploy 420-450 megawatts in the next quarter and 1.37-1.40 gigawatts (GW) in 2017 compared with 1.30-1.45 GW, projected earlier.
