Fidelity Mid Cap Growth (FSMGX) seeks long-term capital appreciation. It invests the majority of its assets in mid-cap companies which are identical to firms included in the Russell Midcap Index or the S&P MidCap 400 Index. It may also purchase securities of relatively smaller and larger companies. The fund invests in both domestic and foreign securities. It is a no-load fund.

The fund returned 67.2% over the last one year period.

Fidelity Advisor Industrials A (FCLAX) invests at least 80% of its assets in companies whose major operations are related to cyclical industries. Automotive, chemical, construction, defense and aerospace, and the transportation sectors are among those, which are considered to be cyclical in nature. The fund returned 84.53% in the last one year and has a ten year annualized return of 8.66%.

Fidelity Advisor Dynamic Capital Appreciation A (FARAX) seeks capital growth by investing in domestic and foreign common stocks. The fund has been formulated for individuals in tax-qualified retirement plans and non –profit organizations. Thus, the capital gains realized may have significant tax-related implications. The Fidelity fund has a minimum initial investment of $2,500 and an expense ratio of 1.08% compared to a category average of 1.33%.

Fidelity Advisor Latin America A (FLTAX) invests the majority of its assets in Latin American securities and investments with economic linkages to the Latin American region. The fund focuses on acquiring common stocks. Up to 35% of its total assets may be invested in a sector which makes up more than 20% of the Latin American market. The fund returned 92.85% in the last one year period and has a five year annualized return of 18.33%.

As of February 2010, this fund held 84 issues, with 8.12% of its total assets invested in Vale S.A.

Fidelity Advisor High Income A (FHIAX) seeks current income with a secondary objective of capital appreciation. It invests in fixed-income securities, preferred stocks and convertible securities. It may also invest in common stocks and defaulted securities. The fund returned 34.93% over the last one year period.
