Global Indemnity plc, through its several direct and indirect wholly owned subsidiary insurance and reinsurance companies, provides both admitted and nonadmitted specialty property and casualty insurance coverages in the United States, as well as reinsurance throughout the world. The Company's operating divisions, CompGlobal, Diamond State Group, Penn-America Group, United National Group, and Wind River Reinsurance Company, Ltd., are providers of specialty property, casualty, and workers' compensation coverage for specialty risks, programs, and niches. Global Indemnity's multi-channel distribution network consists of U.S. and international operations. The Company is based in Dublin, Ireland.
