Services are carried out through three divisions which are, specialized maritime, logistics and inland, and ports and terminals. Specialized maritime supplies services to ports and offshore facilities in the Gulf of Mexico, product and parcel tankers for transporting petroleum products, liquid chemicals and vegetable cargos, and tugboats harbor towing services for ships at the port of Manzanillo. Logistics and inland include consulting and analytical activities from facilities located throughout Mexico, RoadRailer Services, maintaining and repairing of containers and reefer containers, and inter modal terminal operations at principal Mexican ports and cities. Ports and terminals operate as cruise ship, automobile, multipurpose and container terminals and warehousing, as well as delivering and receiving cargo. The company is headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico.
