Hilltop Holdings Inc. is a holding company. The Company owns a property and casualty insurance operation, NLASCO, Inc., that focuses on providing fire and homeowners insurance for low value dwellings and manufactured homes primarily in Texas and other areas of the south, southeastern and southwestern United States. It distributes its insurance products through a network of independent agents and managing general agents. Hilltop Holdings Inc. is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
