Wisconsin Energy Corp. is a holding company with subsidiaries in utility and non-utility businesses. The company serves electric and natural gas customers in Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula through its primary utility subsidiaries Wisconsin Electric, Wisconsin Gas and Edison Sault Electric.
