Whitestone REIT is a fully integrated real estate company that owns, operates and re-develops Community Centered Properties, which are visibly located properties in established or developing culturally diverse neighborhoods. The Company owns a portfolio of Community Centered Properties in Texas, Arizona, and Illinois. Whitestone invests in properties that are or can become Community Centered Properties, and focuses on niche properties with smaller rental spaces that present opportunities for attractive returns. The Company focuses on value-creation in its properties, as it markets, leases and manages its properties to match tenants with the shared needs of surrounding neighborhoods. Whitestone REIT is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
